Very upset. Since Covid I understood and was waiting for everything to slowly go back so my husband and I can do a couples massage. The reason I did the membership in the first place. Anywho I have been asking monthly . They told me a Feb they were starting soon I was excited told them to write my name down and let me know because I’m def interested. Nothing when i finally went back a month later they said they were booking out . Cool that’s fine July will come fast it’s three months away and near my husband bday. Two days before hey we have to cancel? Why? Nope, your therapist had a death in the family. Ok understandable but no move people around I have waited for this appointment for three months and it was a gift for my husband bday and they said hey we can get you in Billerica. No I planned a whole day for my husband birthday in Nashua. Sorry we can’t do anything for you we are canceling smh they said they can put us through the week but we work and we specifically requested this day off as our schedules are made three weeks advance. Yeah, never mind not the first cancellation they have done this at Nashua and Billerica. Just upsetting canceling my membership ASAP.

I arrived 20 minutes late due to getting lost, But they still took me in which I’m so grateful for. Murielle is amazing, She’s so kind and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to during my facial. Front desk is a little discombobulated at times and isn’t always helpful information-wise but I’ve always had good massages and facials when I go! I have a membership and always like to see a different therapist just to try out different techniques. I’m a massage therapist myself and find it difficult to get treatment for myself so this is a great way to get in without too much hassle. They definitely book quickly which is difficult but overall I’m pretty happy! Muriel is fantastic as well and I always leave with my skin being so much better – shes amazing at what she does and I always enjoy her personality
