My opinion is that -a Master cannot do a good job if he does not sit at a special table and does not have a special light. My nails are very strange and the surface is very uneven. This was my first visit.. Very clean, all staff was very pleasant. Manicure: minimal and QUICK hand massage. Did not clean my nails prior to applying polish. Pedicure: minimal and QUICK foot massage. Heels were not smoothed.

I don’t recommend this place, cost me more than any other place and service was terrible. Paid over$80 for my manicure acrylic french, total for that day pedicure and manicure cost over$190. After 2 weeks went for refilling charged me again,other place free refill for acrylic nails. it’s ok but this girl had a such a attitude problem, while she filing cut my skin n I got bleeding lil, told her to stop. She thinks nothing important. One more thing I can tell for this place not only bad service, they are not professional.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I called to make an appointment, I specifically said that I wanted a woman to do my nails. Mimi started doing my nails and I mentioned that I was scheduled for a polish change too. She put foil on my nails and did literally a 5 minute polish change. The polish change was rushed, I was put in a broken chair that didn’t work and she brought me back to her chair to start on my nails before she even finished my polish change because she put the clear coat on in the middle of starting my nails! Then I informed her I wanted square nails with round edges. She was about 3/4 done and then told me she had her next appointment and someone else was going to finish up my nails. When my nails were finished, I went to pay and after looking at the receipt, I noticed that I was charged an additional $5 for an almond shape nail.
