This was an awful experience for me. I went in to get a manicure and asked for short square French tip. I got long almond French tip with glitter that I didn’t ask for and my acrylics are not straight. They are all facing sideways. They really liked to file one side and filed my skin and natural nail. I sat for an hour and a half and they didn’t use clean sanitized tools. Did no nail clean up such as cuticles or preparing the nail for acrylics. Worse experience ever and will never go back nor recommend them.

Very nice ladies. Walk in. Had a pedicure and it was excellent. You can tell they have regular clients and they knew them by name.

Very concerning that all tools are repeatedly used without being sanitized. I have an itch at the bottom of my foot after getting a pedicure. The stuff used on my feet irritated my skin, hot rocks burned my skin and everything about the service was carelessly executed and painful. The service was rushed, not relaxing nor pleasant. Costly for the time, attention and service you are given. Won’t be going back.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon and was seated almost immediately. I wanted a full set of nails, one color and didn’t want to sit there all day. I got exactly what I wanted. My nail tech did an amazing job! I absolutely love my nails. She was very kind and paid attention to detail. I will definitely be going back!

Wow!! I’ll give this to them, nice nails but EXTREMELY TERRIBLE customer service! They are pathetic! They are liars and money hungry greedy ladies. I got my mom and my daughter gift certificates there and they are the ones that went. They have an actual menu and told my mom that prices changed and the menu she was looking at was old. We all know (we all think it, i don’t care who you are) but its extremely rude to talk in a different language in front of the customer when they are very capable of speaking ENGLISH. There is nothing I or really anyone can say to make them feel sorry or bad. They don’t care! They make their money, they do a great job and they can treat people HOW EVER they want to.

I’m always happy with the service I get here and the prices. The ladies are super nice and the hot stone pedicure . I always get in quickly too and it’s clean. They also have kid pedicures which my daughter love having done. ❣️ Pedicure, Waxing

It was the scariest nail experience I’ve ever had. $70.. I stopped. Dropped $3 and left. No water, no prep, no antifungal, choosing shape was extra, certain colours were extra. Extra to push the cuticle back. HORRIBLE

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have a friend that regularly frequents this salon and highly recommends it. I was desperately in need of a pedicure, so I tried Magic Nails out for the first time; I will never return. My pedicure experience was neither good nor bad, it wasn’t very relaxing but it wasn’t uncomfortable either. My real issue with this place is that I realized they aren’t sanitizing the tools they use. They pulled an emery board out of a caboodle to use on my toe nails, and it was very clearly well-used. I didn’t panic in this moment because I told myself maybe they sanitize it with UV light or something! They also used a large grater on my heals, and a smoothing block. These too were pulled from the same caboodle. When they were done using these tools, they rinsed them in the pedicure bath with my feet, and placed them back in the caboodle. I didn’t panic at this point either, because I figured the caboodle was headed to be cleaned once we were done. Nope, my pedicure ended and the caboodle was sealed up and left at the station while the person who did my pedicure left to work on a manicure. 3 days later and my feet are hot and itchy, and actually painful in some spots. I have to go to the doctor today because I’m concerned I have an infection. I waited for ~20 minutes after the pedicure to dry my nails, and never saw anyone go to clean the station I used or the bath. The tools used to clean my feet went un-sanitized, and to top it all off the person doing my pedicure was not wearing a mask. I did not have a good experience at Magic Nails, and I definitely won’t be returning.Service: PedicureI have a friend that regularly frequents this salon and highly recommends it. Critical: QualityI got recommended this place from a couple friends but did not have the same experience they did. The guy that did my nails was rude and seemed like he’d rather be doing anything but do my nails. When I got there he sat me down and went to go get coffee? I was hoping to get an almond shaped set of acrylics. When he did my nails he cut the tips to the length I wanted but kept filing them down that by the time he was done they’re so short they may as well be my natural length. They’re not the shape I wanted and he put like 5 layers of uneven polish on them. Will not be going backService: ManicureI got recommended this place from a couple friends but did not have the same experience they did. Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad an appointment and still waited an hour for a marginal pedicure at best. A layer of dust on everything. The hot wax was on my feet forless than 1 minute. No scrub. Lukewarm water and sat with feel soaking in nothing but water for 40 minutes. Massage chairs all broken. We went because we couldn’t get into any other salon. Now we know why this one was available.Service: PedicureHad an appointment and still waited an hour for a marginal pedicure at best.
