Critical: Professionalism, ValueI wasn’t even going to review, but I’m still upset hours later… I went in for my nails, my daughters nails, and my eyebrows.I have nothing bad to say about how our nails turned out or most of the employees, but my eyebrows and one employee specifically I have a lot to say.My eyebrows look good, but she was super rough and I’ve never left a place with puffy irritated eyes! Mind you my appointment was at 1:30 and it is 9!She rushed tf out of my eyebrows!With my nails, she made me feel really upset… I wanted some nails I saw them advertising, but she kept asking me if I was sure and told me the price as if I wouldn’t be able to afford them… I was so upset I decided not to get them. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’m new to California and I was looking at so many places reviews. I came across this one and honestly I’m really glad I did. They do really good work. My boyfriend and called ahead and made an appointment to get pedicures and they really payed attention to the details of our nails and the gel polish they did for mine turned out perfect. Not super talkative which I’m not mad about at all, but when they do talk they are very kind and they pay attention to if you’re doing okay and ask you if anything is wrong periodically. Very clean and professional. Make sure to make an appointment because they don’t have a lot of walk in availability. I’m new to California and I was looking at so many places reviews. I came across this one and honestly I’m really glad I did. They do really good work.
