I went here despite the bad reviews. I had no choice but to get the gel nail polish on my nails, even though they offered regular paint on my toes. During the whole time I was getting my nails done, my toes were drying. I thought it was okay to put my socks on after everything was done. They didn’t say anything, either. When I got home and took my socks off, all my paint ripped off my nails.

This salon is busy, initially when I stopped by to make an appointment, I was told “CASH ONLY”, red flag. The Lash technician Stacy, went from a doing a pedicure to do an eyelash extension, no hand washing or hand sanitization used between clients. Fantastic staff! Me and my sister had a girls day and it had been 10+ years since I had a mani and pedi so my feet needed work. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThis is how they left me. I showed the guy at #3 BEFORE HE STARTED, what I wanted . He says, no problem. When it was time to paint , he said he doesn’t know how to do it. Then Chris ( chair #1), said she could but I would have wait hours since she has customer(s) This cost $50 ! Love nail and Spa has always been nothing less then a nice and relaxing experience. I always get gel manicure and spa pedicure as well as an eyebrow wax. Lee does an amazing job on my spa pedicure and the polish always comes out nice and neat! The manager has always done my manicure which always comes out beautifully. The staff is very nice, personable and timely. I’m very picky when it comes to nail salons but this one is definitely my go to!

My nail tech was very nice as well as professional.. My first time here and I am beyond happy. My nails look great, but the customer service for this business is what sold it for me.. My nail tech was very nice as well as professional.. I felt like a major pain because I had to do something on my phone for work but she held my phone for me and overall eased my anxiety about being on my phone. 10/10 would recommend

I got a full set here. Price wasn’t bad BUT when I’ve had my nails barely a week and they already look grown out and nails have already started lifting and popping off, that’s when I have a problem with the price. I paid $50 for a new full set with gel polish, barely a week in and I have nails on both hands now lifting, it’s not only painful but annoying. You’d think they would be ok for that price. Really like the cleanliness of the salon. No nail trimmings visible on the floor, covers used in the pedicure baths for each customer, good ventilation so no noxious fumes from the chemicals. Have been with my nail tech for about 6 yrs now and followed her to this salon when she moved. Good choice for both of us.
