Carol and lee are awesome. Don’t believe all those negative reviews. Go see for yourself. Guys usually don’t get pedicures but lees does a fine job always kidding if I want polish. It’s not often you see big burly males sitting I. The chair getting a pedi. I’m going there soon and have been a customer for years. Great people, great job. I live walking distance. So I always walk in and ask can I get a pedicure. Yesterday 4/22/22 I called and ask what time they close The Owner who is a woman says 7pm. It’s 5:00 I get off work I arrive and ask for a pedicure she tells me she’s booked. So I said if you were booked why didn’t you just say you had no availability since you aren’t taking walk ins. So I ask what’s the next time you’re available she says Saturday the 23rd @1:30 pm. I said ok I will be here tomorrow at 1:30 pm and she said ok and let me walk out the door. Today is the 23rd I go in at 12:30 asking how much my pedicure would be she said she’s booked. So at this point we’re going back and forth because she’s telling me I didn’t leave a name to confirm my appointment. So I’m arguing with her . This is your shop. I’m not a regular customer to know your procedures on booking. She let me walk out the door Friday without taking my name down for my appointment ; used her being busy as an excuse not to take my name and gave my appointment to someone else. Blaming me for not leaving a name and number when she never told me from the beginning in order to confirm this appointment I need your name. So she didn’t even try to squeeze me in . I just wanted a pedicure to clean my toes. I don’t even get nail polish . So she was very rude about the situation when she was in the wrong and kept telling me to come Monday. I will not be returning and advise anyone to get a pedicure somewhere else. Chop shops are the worst !

I should’ve listened to the reviews before going to this place… Legitimately awful. I didn’t even make it to the second hand before asking her to take it off. Still charged me to for taking them off when she basically ruined my healthy nails. Carol is the worst and clearly does not know what she is doing… I don’t know how she got that job to be honest.

I was in get my mani/pedi for my wedding. I was the bride. They rushed through my pedicure, there were still rough dry skin patches. I had to use my pumice when I got home. My nails are terrible. There is a gap between the nail and nail bed. The nails on my thumbs are not even close to the same length. The thickness (I got dip) of each nail is different. I got them done on Thursday today is wednesday and I am going to another place to have them fixed today at 4!

I got a full set acrylic and the person I was with for a manicure. Both very rushed. I had to set an appointment to have my nails re-done at another salon in an effort to not embarrass myself at a wedding I am in… I even had hunks of extra acrylic on the underside of several nails… I will not be returning to this salon. Despite the staff being kind and courteous the services themselves were terrible.

Absolutely the most awful service I’ve ever had. First off the salon is not maintained, there’s no ultra violet sanitizer boxes and solution for any of the nail tools. In addition there is no plastic liners put in to the pedicure spas for hygiene purposes. The pedicure lasts twenty minutes if that, it’s a rush slap on job nothing, spa like about it. The manicure is peeling one day later. For myself and my mother $75 plus tips for a standard mani pedi and it was a complete waste. It was embarrassing also when the male owner refused to clip my mother’s toe nails and had her do it herself. The top coat for the nail polish is so old it’s clumping. I religiously go to the salon every two weeks and maintain my nails, they have done more damage from this salon in one sitting then have occurred in the last ten years. The polish is literally bubbled on top of my nails… can’t wait to get home to my salon for some quality spa services and pampering…. after all isn’t that the point of going to a nail salon?

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience getting a new set of acrylics. Thick and looked awful and way longer than I wanted even after asking for them to be shorter. Never once asked what shape I wanted and talked on the phone the entire time I was getting my nails done. So unprofessional. Go just a few buildings over to Perfect Nails, WAY better!!

I would give this place a 4 because they did a good job on my nails but they didn’t have alot if design and they didn’t have ombre(Sorry If I missed spell). But other than that nice place and the workers are fun and easy to talk to.

I felt hated and rushed here. I got a pedicure with my flip flops on..when done she wanted me to pay while my feet we’re under the ultra violet light drying. I was sitting there for about 3 minutes before she came asking for my card to pay. She didn’t even want a tip they just wanted me to leave. I guess they were a little racist I never been treated like that and will NEVER go here again.
