Critical: Quality, ValueHad my nails done and some they were very tick and larger going on my skin, they start coming off the next day and looked absolutely horrible after 3 day. Poor quality and high price! I went in after the stay at home reopening and half way into the service they gave me a waiver to sign! Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was one of the worst nail shops I went to first of All I got a short set all white literally the next day they all started popping off like glue on nails then when I went back to the nail shop to get it fixed they complained that the set looked fine to them even tho I had only got them done 3 days ago and was missing 4 nails !!!! This was one of the worst nail shops I went to first of All I got a short set all white literally the next day they all started popping off like glue on nails then when I went back to the nail shop to get it fixed they complained that the set looked fine to them even tho I had only got them done 3 days ago and was missing 4 nails !!!! I had my nails done on Friday. On Saturday, I went back because my nails are lifting on the edges. When I asked her to fix them, she put oil on them and told me I must be picking at them to have them do that. Why would I get them done and then pick at them? I won’t be going back.

They had 2 girls available for me and my friend when we walked in an hour and half before closing time. After they put us in chairs someone came in for a wax and my girl left me sitting in cold water to go do it. Almost 15 minutes later she came back and started doing my pedicure she never asked which kind I wanted and rushed through it finishing before my friend that started before me. She slapped color on my nails to match my toes and it looked like crap the next day and 3 days later the polish was cracked all over all the nails. All so they could take care of a huge group that walked in close to closing.

Getting my nails done was fine. I was the only 1 there on Friday in the middle of the day. I noticed she didnt use any glue for my stones. Only a drop of polish. I wondered and asked if it would hold through bathing and hand washing. She said “it should” 3 days they fell off. Posted pics on YELP. no big deal l’ll get them fixed and get pedicure. Went back. No customers were there. Showed her what happened, asked for 3 stones to be replaced. Lady came from back (management?) Never looked at me, talked in another lang to coworker i was explaining too and went to back. Lady looked at me and said it can be replaced at 1.00 per stone. You can buy a bag of stones at Walgreens for that price. Priciple was 3days ago it was jokes and laughs now I come back to be fixed and you wont make I contact and won’t speak to me in laguage I undetstand. I took my business rt next door. There’s at least 10 Nail Salons on this block. You dont nickel and dime customers. My 1st and last time. #naturalnails #simplepolish #simplestone

Quality is not good compared to the prices. It’s $30-40 for average gel or acrylic nail and it always has bubbles. When I asked to redo them, they just put more polish on it to cover up. So my nails are just so thick

The experience was great! But I got a French tip set put on, and the VERY SAME DAY they began to come off!! So the next day I went to another, more professional, salon to get them redone, and when I went back to ask for a small refund (I asked for the $18 it took to get them redone, and regular price is $33), I got REJECTED! Do NOT GO TO LE NAILS! THEY USE CHEAP MATERIALS AND THEY DO NOT STAY!
