Critical: ProfessionalismSTAY AWAY!! Today will be the last time I spend my hard earned money here. The young man with fish tattoo sleeve RUSHED my fill in causing a slight burning sensation. When I asked him to slow down, he became itrate and refusd to continue with my nails. He said I was being disrespectful. And that someone else could finish them. I decided not to let any of them finish my nails. It will be a cold day in hell before I come here again. STAY AWAY!! Today will be the last time I spend my hard earned money here. The young man with fish tattoo sleeve RUSHED my fill in causing a slight burning sensation. When I asked him to slow down, he became itrate and refusd to continue with my nails. He said I was being disrespectful. And that someone else could finish them. I decided not to let any of them finish my nails. It will be a cold day in hell before I come here again. This whole situation has left my nails looking crazy just in time for the holidays

Critical: Quality, ValueFull set acrylics start at $30/$35 and somehow they wanted to charge me $75. An extra $40. I was getting a simple design that should have been $7 and then the nails shaped which is typically $5 at any salon I’ve been too. Then he said it was extra for long nails? Which my nails weren’t even that long! I’ve gotten nails longer and never had to pay extra. Place is an extreme rip off. Full set acrylics start at $30/$35 and somehow they wanted to charge me $75. An extra $40. I was getting a simple design that should have been $7 and then the nails shaped which is typically $5 at any salon I’ve been too. Then he said it was extra for long nails? Firstly, the man that did my nails had torn, dirty gloves that he was wearing before and after the break he went on when he sat me down to do my nails. He never measured them so they’re all uneven; he seemed in a huge hurry to finish up and get me out to where he wasn’t speaking much, just shoving my hands back towards me when he wanted my nails under the UV light. He also ended up grinding off all of my cuticles which I let him know was hurting me especially when I started to bleed. I hadn’t noticed the bleeding until I got back to my car, walked back in to ask for any sort of compensation which was denied. He disinfected and cleaned the blood off my cuticles and told me I had dry skin even though while he was doing my nails, he kept getting distracted or overall pushed way, way far up on my cuticle. I went in and had a set of acrylic nails done. Firstly, the man that did my nails had torn, dirty gloves that he was wearing before and after the break he went on when he sat me down to do my nails. He called my nails cheap when she asked why they broke. They stay thinking people don’t understand what they are saying.
