Michael was exceptional! This was my first time to go to La Bella Nail Salon and I could not be more pleased. Michael suggested the white tips instead of pink and whites. It was so much faster and the end result was much nicer than most pink and whites I have had in the past. I live out of state, but I will definitely be back the next time I visit the KC area!

I would love to see this business grow, as they deserve to be a very successful business. The staff is small, but very attentive and caring, in making sure the customer is happy. I use to go to another nail salon further north, that was very busy, but also not as attentive of the care of their customers. As a result, I received cuts drawing blood to my cuticles on 3 different occasions. Sue, Michel, and Mylee are very professional, and gentle in their manicures and pedicures. I love this nail salon!

Had a great experience the first 3-4 visits until I had the male technician. I scheduled my appt by phone for a dip. I arrive and he started off arguing with me that I had acrylic nails. I told him no, it’s just a dip numerous times! He still said it was acrylic (I’m assuming because my nails are naturally long and shaped stiletto, I don’t know but I do know how I’ve had my nails done for years!)

This is a beautiful nail salon, however they rushed so fast through my pedicure, I should have just done it at home. They didn’t spend hardly any time on cutting cuticles and then kept making excuses for not doing a good job.

The place is nice and clean but they to to lazy to do a good job. They barely takes the time to do a great job they seem to just be money hungry. They do a half job so be very careful about going to this place for service. Pedicure

Very nice and clean. Staff was very sweet and gave my daughter a muffin while she waited on me to get done. Pedicure was excellent and my friend’s full set looked great too.
