Critical: Punctuality, QualityI just could not bring it upon myself to tell the young techttech she was doing a horrible job with my nails, especially in what was supposed to be an upscale spa. The tech was sweet and nice but can’t be a qualified tech because she did not know the proper techniques to clean or apply the polish. Not to mention I arrived on time, the front desk person did not greet me and was not pleasant, didn’t offer water or wine like the website description says, I then waited 20 minutes, had to search for the bathroom myself…all around terrible!!! All I could think was that they needed me more than I needed them. After 2.5 hours of getting me head talked off all I wanted to do was leave and go back to my regular nail salon. I just could not bring it upon myself to tell the young techttech she was doing a horrible job with my nails, especially in what was supposed to be an upscale spa. The tech was sweet and nice but can’t be a qualified tech because she did not know the proper techniques to clean or apply the polish.
