My daughter and her friend went to get their nails done for homecoming and they were very rude. They smacked their hands multiple times if they moved on accident. My daughters nails turned out horrible streaky and lumps in them. The lady that did my daughters nails ripped one of them off and just applied another tip on top of it. The electric nail file they were using made her nails feel like they were on fire when she was filing them. Then when my daughter went to pay they tried to charge her an extra $5 dollars for her nails being coffin shaped which me and my daughter have never heard of anyone doing before that. My daughter refused because it shouldn’t be extra for them to clip a little bit off each side and because her nails were not up to par. It was the worst experience her and her friend have ever had before. Will never being going there again. Sad!!

Very nice people, spent a lot of time on me, no feeling of being rushed. Not overloaded with appointments or walk-ins. Great color selection, but minus 1 star for not being able to get ombré I was originally wanting. I chose a color changing shimmer they had instead.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityKim the owner of the salon she is the rudest person I’ve ever met, she very disrespectful and try’s to argue with the customers. I’ve been going there for years and I stopped going like a year ago because of how rude Kim was so not only me but other customers as well. Also I made an appointment every time I would go and she would have me wait while she’s doing other people’s nails and my appointment time passed 30 min ago and she does that every time I go in there. They have a wonderful flat rate pedicure service that has the soak,scrub,lotion,massage,and paraffin wax all included. They did a great job with their covid protection and upgraded their chairs. Definitely need to make an appointment though cause they can get backed up.

Kim is so great at squeezing people in.. advise to call ahead to see which times work best so you dont have to wait too long as they do take walk-ins. Always happy with my nails.. have been going there since high school about 13 years now. Most affordable salon I’ve been to but the quality is right up there with more expensive salons. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and when I tell them it was only $25 dollars jaws drop.

Cool place but the nail lady does the manicures too fast. I understand its $20 but they just strip off in 1 week. I have never been able to just rip off gel nails. Usually. I am soaking at home but with the gel polish they use, it just falls off. Low quality or fake gel polish.
