I had a wonderful experience at JCPENNEY salon. I had long hair and was nervous when I went in. Sarah was my stylists, she explained everything to me, she is an excellent stylists. I love my haircut, an d and style. She took her time and did everything necessary to make my style look good. I highly recommend her and this salon, Sarah is fantastic

Love this salon! I was the receptionist and loved every moment of working for them. They’ve colored my hair twice (once was a peacock theme, and the other was a nice all over red), styled it numerous times, and done several waxes for me (both eyebrow and lip.) Each stylist is friendly and listens to what their client wants. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great experience along with great services.

My 20 year old son needed his hair cut and we walked in without an appointment. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us. The woman who cut his hair was genuinely kind and gave him a wonderful haircut, including some tips on how to manage his curly hair.

I feel the salon has went down hill for sometime now. Very over priced for the in and out service. Don’t get me started on the environment and how its falling apart and so out of date. My stylist told me if you leaned on a wall the wall pushes in by the sinks and that the salon is the exact same from 20 years ago. When I was getting a service the sinks where not even working and the water was too hot then cold and barley coming out of the faucet. Not only that is was dirty and stains everywhere on the walls and floors and dust balls on the ceiling which I seen when getting my hair washed. The scheduling is a joke as well trying to make an appoinment is very upsetting so I dealt with my stylist who is no longer there thank goodness. I feel like I needed to make an honest review for those looking to go to Jcpenney Salon. So don’t waste your hard earned money. I don’t know about the new manager but the previous one was super unprofessional very rude and would stare at herself in the mirror instead of talking to me as a paying client. She also had very inappropriate conversations that made me feel uneasy and I could tell my stylist too. Not worth it, I only went in a few time cause It was hard to stomach all of it. I really have not had a salon experience like that before.

For one I just called the day is 30 April at 6:20 2022 and the lady was really rude and the business doesn’t close till seven and I asked for a quick haircut and she said that she just doesn’t have the time I don’t recommend going to this place if they can’t even fit someone in for a haircut when they got 40 minutes left to close I wasn’t asking for something extravagant I just needed my side shaved something really simple if I could give this place less than one star I would do not go to this place don’t waste your money

Your shampoo curling iron hair prices are way too pricey for our area. Just got it done by one of your “so-called” Master stylists and it was pretty much gone by the time I arrived home a couple hours later. It cost me $32 plus a $3.00 tip. Most other stylists around town charge $20 and I usually give a $5 tip. I like to go to JC Penny Salons because I live nearby and like a couple other stylists, but I’m not willing to pay your prices anymore.

I am highly disappointed in my recent experiences with JCP salon! After finding out that Our FAVORITE girl Megan had left, I followed through and scheduled my 2 year old sons hair cut anyway.. little did I know his poor hair would be butchered and chopped so horribly.. when you can see layers across the whole top of his head, something went very wrong.. I sure learned my lesson and will be following my girl Meghan to Elite Stylist salon off blue lakes. I have gone to JCP for a while and have watched this place slowly go down hill; customer service was horrible, employees/managers were rude, and the salon itself is just filthy.
