Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityUnfortunately didn’t even get to experience a cut from janaid. It was literally weeks trying to get in touch with him as it always is said when I called the shop…he is not in call back in an hour… finally walked in after work and spoke w him and made appointment DIRECTLY.Appointment Date:Well after sitting and waiting for what I was initially told by a man in his chair who i thought was him..would be 5m he would return it was not until 30min pass my appointment time he walks in and doesn’t even acknowledge im there. Gets to book and calls on my name FINALLY..RIGHT?WRONG ..just to tell me he is cutting this man’s head 1st. Im a 1st time customer a female at that and it was so unprofessional so WRONG. im just so disappointed that I even decided to try this shop. Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional I am a woman who inquire to get my haircut there I had an appointment for 3:30 I got there at 3:35 he was not there. I waited until 4 when he entered he then decided instead of apologizing for his lateness to me who has an appointment he decides to tell me that he’s going to cut someone else’s hair first that is the most sexist and most disrespectful thing you can do to a woman especially coming to a black owned business that cuts hair that’s very rude and unprofessional if I’m first I am first I don’t care about no one else’s dilemma in life because I had an appointment I came in directly and made my appointment because before today I could never get ahold of the owner who I wanted to cut my hair so I came in finally got to meet him after two weeks of calling and schedule my appointment for today for 3:30 just to get there 5 minutes late he is not even there and then to wait until 4 for him to not only acknowledge me that I am I’m here but tells me he’s going to cut someone else’s hair before me I will never come back here I no longer want to associate with too many black-owned businesses that treat black women like thisService: HaircutVery unprofessional I am a woman who inquire to get my haircut there I had an appointment for 3:30 I got there at 3:35 he was not there. Very unprofessional I am a woman who inquire to get my haircut there I had an appointment for 3:30 I got there at 3:35 he was not there. I totally understand that you desire to make money but you’re putting your clients and yourself at risk!!!
