My boyfriend and I got the 1hr couples massage and it was wonderful. Very relaxing and soothing. Our massage therapists (Mitchel and Melinda) were attentive and nice and did a very good job with the massages. We both added the deep tissue upgrade and my boyfriend got a lavender essential oil added. Our bodies feel nice and relaxed. The hour went by too fast! The only con is the music was a little too loud for my preference but overall a wonderful experience! Definitely going to be returning.

I had a great experience here. I was prompted to leave a review, but I would have anyway. This facility is clean and welcoming with great staff. My massage was perfect, the tables and blankets were comfortable, and Samantha K left me feeling like a whole new person. The prices are unbeatable and there are no surprises other than a surprisingly delightful experience. I will definitely go back to Samantha for a massage and will likely look at other services this business offers.

I booked a couples massage for my sweetheart and I after much searching and comparing. everything from start to finish was very easy, even having to reschedule. It was relatively inexpensive given the quality, the atmosphere was classy and put me at ease, and the people were so nice! Our massage therapists Nadia and Samantha L were very professional and had magical hands, and genesis who checked us in was also great. Thanks for a great first massage experience!

Where do I start, never disappointed when I come here. When checking in today I was greeted by Kyana with smile, and she followed up with me at the end of the massage to make sure I enjoyed my massage. My massage therapist Samantha K was AMAZING! Definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone! It was my first time and will not be my last. She explained everything in detail and was attentive to my requests. J Sterling is the place to be. My husband and I both went for massages. He LOVED his massage! My experience was not good for several reasons. I told my concerns to the front desk, who then asked us to come back for a special price. When we returned, my therapist was no longer with them. My husband had the same therapist and again enjoyed his massage. I had a wonderful massage! It’s nice to know when there are issues, J Sterling will correct it and make sure you have a good experience. Thank you! We will return!!

My husband and I had a couples massage. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating with your needs. The massage was absolutely amazing. They make sure to address your areas of concern. I could feel the knots coming out of my neck. After the assuage they don’t rush you and wait for you with a glass of cold water and go over what they did. I would recommend them to anyone and have revisited several times!!

I really did like the place the people are very nice there The only thing is that it’s scripted. What I mean by that is the massage therapist goes in and does exactly what they’re doing on the person before you as long as it’s the same massage. My friend and I both had the same massage yet different massage therapists. And when we came out and she told me what they did to her and what I told her they did to me it was the same exact thing. I understand they have protocol to follow I’m sure but everyone is different so I feel like they should try to maybe ask questions to help that process otherwise they are amazing I felt great after I left with a little bit of a beat up lol but that’s just because I had deep tissue massage
