Awful experience owner was rude and cancelled my appointment twice to put her friend in my time spot. She sent many e-mails arguing with me when I said she was unprofessional in the way she ran her business. I had a Groupon and complained about owners bad attitude. Do not go here owner won’t admit her mistakes.

I love Ina! I love coming in. I always have a good experience. It’s very well decorated, relaxing, calm, pleasing environment. I leave with glowing, fresh, beautiful skin. Ina herself is beautiful, welcoming, kind. She always gives me tips on how to care for my skin, always have the best conversations. This is my favorite skin studio and I have been seeing Ina for about 6 years now.

I went for my massage this morning and arrived ten minutes prior and nobody was there. I called and texted the number and heard nothing back. Then I received an email canceling my appointment for today. I received a text saying that the therapist called me canceling my appointment yesterday. That’s a lie, she texted me yesterday morning reminding me of the appointment. If there was an emergency like I was told, why not text me like earlier? Disappointed in this business. Was looking forward to a massage, booked the appointment two weeks ago and ended up with no relaxing massage.
