Just moved across the country & was extremely nervous on finding a good nail salon. After a lot of review reading, House of Nails exceeded my expectations! It is clean, beautiful, spacious, the staff are the friendliest I have ever met & are genuinely making sure you have the overall best experience. Terrible experience. I went in for a quick gel manicure because my normal nail tech is booked and I have a last minute trip. I always get builder gel on my nails because I’m pretty hard on them, well I told them that and that you can’t soak it off but they proceeded to have me soak my nails in acetone for over an hour and over file my nails to the point where it still hurts. There was also no cleaning under my nails or anything and I had to reshape all my nails once I was home. Not worth it for the price they charged me ($51) plus over an hour and a half of my time.

I’ve used another place a couple times here in Kalispell, but after getting into this place it is my new favorite place to go. It’s very clean, the staff is SUPER friendly and they make sure your needs are kept up. The other place I go rushes my pedicures and I’m out in 30 minutes. Here, my pedicures lasted well about an hour and I got everything as described on my package.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. They cut my toes and fingers and they made them crooked. They do the nails that they want and not what you want and the wait took a whole hour and it took them forever to do. I went with a group of people and we all didn’t like what we got and wasted are money. Not to complain but it has to be said
