I wouldn’t even give this 1 star, DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is a joke, they are charging outrageous prices for horrible services. I got a pedicure that lasted 5 minutes (literally 5 minutes) she acted like she was in a hurry the whole time and no one else was in there, didn’t clean out my side walls & didn’t even scrub my feet and charged $40 cause it was gel! Horrible. I tried dip nails and it was a joke from the start, she trimmed all of my natural nails down so much that I started bleeding, she started doing the dip while I was in the pedicure chair and it is so uncomfortable trying to have my arm reach around the other side of the chair, she finished off at a nail table and they looked horrible, it looked like a kid painted my nails, I understand the dip is a dust that can stain but what a mess, it wasn’t even straight, not applied all the way to the sides of my nail and just looked ugly. They fell off 3 days later… this place is horrible, I hope they get shut down so they stop ripping people off.

I went and had my nails done here with two friends and all of our nails are horrible. We went last Friday. I have had my nails for 6 days and three of them have already popped off. They didn’t break the whole nail on three fingers popped off. Not worth the $55! Nail art, Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI called for a pedicure and they said they could get me right in. I walked in a few minutes later, they sat me down and began pedicure. From start to finish it took less than 20 minutes. No soaking of my feet, no massage, no foot mask, and I still have rough heels. Would not recommend wasting your money. I called for a pedicure and they said they could get me right in. I walked in a few minutes later, they sat me down and began pedicure. From start to finish it took less than 20 minutes. No soaking of my feet, no massage, no foot mask, and I still have rough heels. Would not recommend wasting your money. I basically got an expensive polish change.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityStopped by for a gel pedicure…the polish I chose was not used, when I asked for it to be used she painted over the design with it and was very rude when I told her I didn’t like it. She half way tried to fix it. Everything was rushed and unprofessional. Not the usual relaxing pampering pedicure you’d expect. The polish was thick and not done well. By that evening several nails had already lost the polish. The gel was covering skin in several places. I called the next business day after to ask for a refund and they wouldn’t refund my money. Offered for me to come back in for them to fix. I kept trying to explain that I live 2 hours away and had to remove the mess they made on my toes already. Plus I’ll NEVER GO BACK in there! Beware…find somewhere else to spend your money. A SEVERELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I travel for work and had just gotten engaged (1 hour before) and needed to get my nails done for pictures. I understand busy, and I understand terrible customer service. I asked for a full set. She glued my nails on, before coloring, step 2 out of 5. She left for 20 minutes to wax 2 people without letting me know. My hour nail job took 2 hours due to lack of customer service. Lastly, 2 days later my nail popped off doing laundry, due to their sudden quick and unprofessional nature. I am not from the area but I understand there are few nail salons in the area, this is one I’d avoid. Extremely poor customer service for ther $45 I paid.

I was traveling through the area and needed a pedicure bad! Googled a place open on Saturday afternoon and found this place. Staff was minimal but very friendly and accommodating. Got in right away. Not the place that you can sit and enjoy a food massage for 20 minutes but it got my nails trimmed and painted like I wanted. In and out within 20 mins.
