I always have the greatest experience with Allie! She always does what she can to make my hair dreams come true and always does it in a healthy fashion to keep my hair as healthy as possible. She is honest with me about the process of getting to the color I want to be but makes each and every stage of the process beautiful. Hank and Ax also uses some of the best products that I have fallen in love with and bought for at home! The girls are always up to date with the most current styles and trends, but also are still so great at keeping up with older styles and trends that some of us also like.

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to Hank and Ax because I have had terrible experiences everywhere else. I was amazed at the cleanliness, aesthetic of the studio and warm staff. During COVID I had some anxiety about coming in, but they kept everyone distanced and limited to only a few people in the building at once. I felt very safe. My stylist Grace and her amazing team member, Sierra helped make my hair dreams come true! I have never felt so good about the way my hair looks. Grace was so knowledgeable and helped make sure that I understood the process and advised me on color and cut options that best suited my needs. I appreciated that the staff took extra precautions like watching me walk to my car after dark, and locking the doors for evening appointments. The salon is full of such positivity and vibrancy. The prices are higher than I’ve paid elsewhere, but it’s so worth it because the products they use are the highest quality, and the stylists are so talented.
