Let me start by saying this is the first bad experience i have had at this salon. But i was so displeased with the service that i recieved from the male stylist there today. I visited for a haircut and assumed anyone working there was experienced enough to cut my hair, short pixie cut with longer bangs.. not that difficult… wow I made the worst mistake of my life! The stylist was very heavy handed with the clippers and kept hitting my ears amd banging my head with the clippers.. ugh… but hey that’s a little annoying not life ending… then he showed me my cut … omg! I wanted to cry, there were huge holes in my hair, the entire back was cut with a #8 NO fading at all! My bangs were straight cut across and the hair at my crown was so short it wouldn’t lay down. He asked me what I though and I told him no, it wasn’t at all what the picture looked like or what I had told him. He then asked for assistance from another stylist which is what made me realize, he must be new!!! In 40+ years of getting haircuts, I have never had a stylist ask someone for help… She told him they should have taught him in school to section the hair, he needed to shape it up and blend it and it should be fine. He asked her to do it. She did some cutting of non shaped hair and told him to go ahead and finish. He took the wrap off and told me seconds later and said I was done. I was so far beyond devastated that I payed and left. I paid 20 dollars to have to go to another salon and pay 25 more to get my hair all but shaved to fix only some of the issues he caused. He should have told me he wasn’t prepared for my cut… I went t. A stylist expecting a professional not a student. If he isn’t experienced enough for a particular cut he should warn people about that prior to the cut. I would have gladly waited for the other stylist.. see below the pictures of the cut he did.

I initially started with a haircut in June of 2022.My whole experience was great! Sheila did my hair. Then, today, August, 2022, I made an appointment for 6:00 pm. I arrived on time and 45 minutes passes. The music is loud. NEVER going back. I can understand if you’re busy, but there was only 2 customers! Seriously? Hairstyling

I showed up on time even 5 minutes early for my appointment. The front woman was a little rude. When they finally took me back i showed multiple photos multiple photos of how i wanted my hair ….she suggested taking about 4 inches off for damage. It was not 4 inches. The cut is uneven and choppy. I asked for bangs showed multiple pictures. Theyre far too short not even and way too thick. She said they would look better styled so i got home and styled them. There is no saving my hair.

I am so sad to report my last visit. I have been going here for a couple years for my hair color with amazing results. This time I sat in the chair from 1 to 6:30, did not get the color I wanted but was able to deal and was OK with the results. Next day, my scalp and neck is covered with burns. So bad I am probably going to have to seek medical care. It hurts me to leave this but 5 plus hours of bleach on your hair had bad results.

Gives a decent haircut for females. Customer service pleasant but not outstanding. Walk-in wait has never been more then 20 minutes for me. Haircuts are pretty affordable. If you a military and looking for a fade I don’t recommend.

Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by Shelia. A little back story I recently got my hair done at hair Cuttery and was so dissatisfied that I left before my hair was even finished. Shelia personally reached out to me to offer to rectify the situation. I was skeptical about going back but I’m glad I did. Shelia gave me one of the best blowouts I have ever had.
