Hair and Company is a locally owned and operated hair salon in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are located on Harmony near College Avenue. This family run business offers a great haircut by experienced stylists with no appointment necessary. Some of our services include men’s haircuts, women’s haircuts, kids haircuts, hair color, perms, and more. We strive to offer consistent, quality haircuts at a reasonable price. Our goal is that our customers feel we are the best hair salon for their money. We use quality hair products while taking care of your hair. Oofta. We just got a really horrible cut. Chunks sticking out everywhere. So uneven and chunky all over. I might need to learn to cut hair. Pretty sure I can do much better. There was just a price increase and the haircut there was not good. The stylist was very nice but this is bad.

This was the worst color job I’ve ever had. My hair looks orange on top, nothing close to the color I picked from the swatches. The person was very nice, but has clearly never done color before. She tried 3 times to fix it, but now my scalp is very inflamed and my hair looks worse than if I’d dyed it myself. They might be fine for a haircut, but I would never recommend them for color. I was still charged full price for the color (although they discounted the haircut) and now will need to go get my color corrected after my scalp heals.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER!! I went here this morning and had Becky cut my hair. She was kind, but the service was atrocious. She took all of 2.5 minutes to shampoo my hair. The service was supposed to include a head massage (that did not happen). This is supposed to be relaxing, but all she did was rip through my hair and did not put down a towel on the shampoo bowl, which is so unsanitary!! Moving on to the haircut, she didn’t part my hair correctly when I told her I like a heavy side part; because of this, I’m left with unwanted layers on my left side. She scratched my scalp so badly with her nails it was painful. She was rushing so much that while “combing” through my hair with a large comb, she just kept hitting my head repeatedly, which was, again, painful. I asked for slight texturizing at the ends, which took about 2 minutes to do, and suddenly she claimed I was asking for layers and the price would be increased by $10. I was quickly hurried out of her chair with super wet hair, and she didn’t even bother trying to get the hair off of me. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.

WORST HAIR CUT EVER!! if you don’t know how to do a style be honest. I was very detailed in what I wanted and received a hack job of a hair cut! I asked for a stack in the back with a long a-frame in the front. The stack is butchered and hair is not even on either side. She cut length in the front which I asked her not to. The older lady started cutting my hair before telling me she didn’t think she could do it. I was over charged based on their websites pricing. I asked for a blowout and received just a blow dry. I had to find another salon to fix it.. if you don’t think you can do a hair cut the way the client has asked and details, do not continue and especially don’t start cutting before you say you can’t do it.. and don’t over charge someone if you believe you couldn’t do the cut. Would never go back here or refer anyone else to.

Wow. I have been going to this barbershop for almost 6 years. One particular employee always comes across as rude, annoyed, and rushed every time they cut my hair. I finally had to request someone else since she was doing such a poor job. Today, I had a different barber, who was so rude, with a scowl the entire time, they actually snapped at me shortly after sitting down. After today’s experience I will never come back to this business again. To the owner: I hope you are treating your employees well, because they do not act like it.

Ronnie it’s so AMAZING!! My daughter had problems with her hair being fried and had to go from medium to short length.
