I generally have had great experiences here and I didn’t realize as I was rushing from work that they were closing early due to short staffing and still took my appointment with around 15 minutes left until closing at 4 pm. I greatly appreciate that as I was heading out of town the next day before they would’ve opened however I do feel that my haircut was very rushed and as a result several spots had random longer hairs and a couple small areas that no fading/ blending was done so the back has a small cow lick that I had to trim myself at home.

Terrible! I checked my husband and 2 sons in online. As soon as we walk into the door, we’re met with attitude!?! Unacceptable. Just, WOW! The lady at the counter acted like we couldn’t get our son’s hair cut because she only had mine and my husband’s name under his phone number. Not the kids. When my husband proceeds to tell her who we are by pointing at the screen, “she rudely says “I know what that says” She looked at me funny when I tried telling her who was the 5 year old. For some reason, she really wanted my 5 year old and 17 year old to switch names?? I had to tell her 3x which one was the baby! As we, as a family, sat in the parking lot waiting for our turn; we realized that a person with an attitude like that is not one we want cutting our hair. We spent another 4-5 bucks and went across the street. Happy we did! I used to come here for all our cuts! My husband had a terrible experience the cut he had before this one too, with the lady having attitude and it was a different one!!!! You’re better off going across the street to sport clips or to Munster at the other location! This one has gone down hill!! I will never again set foot in this place!!

My husband hair cut from them was complete garbage, he had to come straight home and shave bald because that’s how bad it was. He asked for a 3 to 1 nothing crazy! They took literally 4 minutes and didn’t even brush the hair off his shoulders and all over his legs. Really quite terrible!! I wish I could post pictures! The back line up on his neck line wasn’t even straight it was jagged!

I saw all the good reviews so I was hopeful that I would be able to get a good cut here. I really wanted to love my cut but I have to be honest, it’s not what I had hoped for (too short and choppy, a bit uneven, and awkwardly cut in other areas). It’s very hard to find a good stylist who can actually achieve the look you have in mind when you come in. The girl who did my hair was nice, but she seemed nervous and like she wasn’t quite sure of what to do. She must have been new, but I seen that she was trying her best so I tipped her anyway. Unfortunately, I guess I will just have to wait for my hair to grow back out again which kind of sucks because the cut is super short now so it might be awhile. Not really feeling the look of it. I recommend that if you get your hair done here, to perhaps do a bit more research on a more experienced stylist.

Great service! One of the best customer service experiences ever. I took my six year old son for his haircut and she was 100% entertaining and kept the kid engaged in conversation. I recommend asking for Ana Gonzalez, she does really good with kids and is extremely polite and attentive to detail.
