Critical: QualityThe staff were friendly, and the place was clean. However, the haircut lady did a poor job cutting the hair of my 4-year old grandson (March 19, 2021). I was a little hesitant to speak up, but I finally, while paying at the counter, did gut it out to say, “The cut on the forehead corners does not look even; it’s crooked.” The other customer kind of voiced out her agreement with me. I’m so glad she did. The cutter attempted to correct it more than three times, but the haircut still looks awful. I’m just the grandmother, and I was concerned that my young son and daughter-in-law wouldn’t appreciate my grandson’s new haircut. I was right, and I do not blame them. My son even said he does a better job by shaving off the head of their little boy. I can’t help but felt embarrassed that my good intention of gifting my grandson’s a new haircut didn’t turn out good. I’m not coming back for sure. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. However, the haircut lady did a poor job cutting the hair of my 4-year old grandson (March 19, 2021). I was a little hesitant to speak up, but I finally, while paying at the counter, did gut it out to say, “The cut on the forehead corners does not look even; it’s crooked.” The other customer kind of voiced out her agreement with me. Critical: ProfessionalismIt was literally the worst experience !!! Horrible. I walk in there and ask BARBARA to cut 3 inches then just do medium layers. She starts to trim and I ask her how many inches she has cut and she ignored me , I asked her again and she ignored me again! Mind you she was literally right by me cutting my hair. I was in the chair for MAX 10 minutes. My hair was completely dry and I asked her twice to cut it and she said that she just cut it 1/2 and inch because of she cut more she would have to redo my layers from my last haircut !! LIKE YEAH THATS EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO!!! I asked her to cut it but after multiple attempts of me asking nothing was done ! I left literally looking the same ! It was horrible !!! I came back to ask for a receipt and she gave me the biggest sigh…. And I still said thank you and once again no response and just walked away. It was literally the worst experience !!! Horrible. I walk in there and ask BARBARA to cut 3 inches then just do medium layers. She starts to trim and I ask her how many inches she has cut and she ignored me , I asked her again and she ignored me again! Mind you she was literally right by me cutting my hair. Ashley is amazing! I have been going to her for haircuts for a long time and she always takes the time to make sure I leave with a nice haircut. Ashley is a very caring person who treats you like you’re family. I’ve been to many different Great Clips locations over the years, and she is the reason I keep coming back here again and again.

Positive: ProfessionalismI’m sure I found the only person in the city my son will sit still for. Michelle has cut his hair twice, and neither time did he much as flinch(okay maybe once). She doesn’t do or say anything in particular, he is just good for her. Hilary has cut my hair many of times. Sometimes the place is a little busy, but they’ll let you know if there is a wait so you can’t ever complain about that. She doesn’t do or say anything in particular, he is just good for her. Hilary has cut my hair many of times.
