Very bad salon and service! The ladies were extremely rude and did not cut my son’s hair nicely. I had to tell her and she herself did not notice how horribly she cut it. They talked back to me and said it was my fault for not paying attention. The hairdresser was Kim and she was even greedy about a tip. She cancelled my transaction and forced me to use my other card to give her a tip. Definitely do not recommend! Worst Great Clips experience.

My stylist was nice enough but the prices are outrageous. My stylist was closed today so I went here because I wanted a simple cut. I was charged 8 for the shampoo, 18 for the cut which made it about shoulder length then I was asked if I wanted it dried and curled which I was charged a long hair price of 35. That’s a total of 61 when I get that and more at an upscale salon. I am so upset and I didn’t want to make a stink and I still tipped 15 because I’m not rude. I thought I would be saving money but ended up spending about 25 more. I hate complaining but I feel sick about it. Oh well I won’t do that again.

They did a very good job in cutting my hair. However, they stopped accepting coupons. I had an online coupon for 8.99, but they told me that they don’t accept that one. They also said that they either accept a 5.00 off coupon or one for 11.99. So I kept trying to look for a coupon that I could use. I eventually found one for 11.99. I tried to use it, then they informed me that they don’t accept any coupons at all. If they told me that they take the coupons that they mentioned, then they should have just honored my coupon. I worked as a cashier for 4 years & I always took care of the customers when they had similar situations like mine. Anyway, I won’t be back. Not good customer service.

Won’t recommend ! I went for a haircut and asked the stylist to blend my hair more but don’t think she had patience , she didn’t even asked do you like it . Just remove the towel and cleaned my hair and said you’re done . Great clips is waste of money and time
