When I came in, Kristen was so friendly, she immediately felt like a friend. She asked me a few questions so the massage would be tailored to me. I was mostly concerned about my shoulders. However, while on the table, she was able to find more buildup and tightness in places I didn’t even realize were causing many of my issues. Kristen is a wealth of knowledge and knew exactly what to do to help me. The environment she created was relaxing and comforting. I left feeling so refreshed! I will be coming back. I had been feeling sore and tight for a while so I finally decided to book a massage. When I came in, Kristen was so friendly, she immediately felt like a friend. She asked me a few questions so the massage would be tailored to me. I was mostly concerned about my shoulders. She has the perfect massage technique, a mixture of relaxing, soothing pressure and the release of knots and muscle tension. She is kind, genuinely listens to your ailments, and will walk you through the approach she uses to heal them.
