It was just okay. My pedicure looks nice, but the experience was underwhelming. The man who did my toes was very “get in/get out.” There was no massage at all, which is one of the main reasons I get pedicures! If I just wanted my nails painted, I can do that at home for free. The scrub was about 10 seconds each leg, then lotion rubbed in as quickly as possible. Not much foot care and zero massage. I won’t go back.

Not very professional. I’ve been there a few times only because it is close to my house. Once I waited for over 30 minutes for service and a man walks in, sits for 5 minutes and is called before me. The staff knew him so I assumed he was a regular customer. If you’re a “regular” you are fine but if they don’t know you, it’s not a great experience. They are very friendly to the regular customers but not good at attracting new ones. A woman who I believe is the owner is not friendly, I was kind of scared of her. She didn’t talk in a nice tone especially to her employees. Last time I got a regular mani which was not great and a pedi which was ok. Was bummed because I had a special event later that day and I had dried blood on one finger from where I was cut by the tech.

I’ve been here twice so far. Both times my experience was average at best. The tech that did my nails had a very unpleasant attitude the entire time. She didn’t greet me, made personal calls, and had personal conversations with the the other employees which was very unprofessional. I gave 2 stars because she did a decent job on my nails but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

A bit too relaxed in the area of professionalism with the use of vulgar language and conversations about personal matters. However, the tech who did my pedi was focused and definitely remained professional. It was a substitute for my normal; I’ll likely not return. Not recommended for sophisticated, upscale clientele.

I love this place! I’ve found a new nail tech that I love now. When I say she’s perfect with shaping and she’s a complete perfectionist just how I like. Great atmosphere and all of the staff are welcoming. I needed a last minute appointment for my birthday nails and Amy did not disappointment me! Can’t wait to return for my appointment in two weeks. I love my nails! I would recommend this place most definitely.
