I go to Fantastic Sams to get my haircut on a regular basis. The only problem is I can never seem to get the same stylist that I had the month before. I always have to instruct a new stylist exactly what I want done to my hair. Other than that it’s a good salon. Very busy so either make an appointment by phone early in the day, or take your chances and get whoever’s available if there’s no line. It can get crowded at times.

She was extremely kind and helpful. She also made some great recommendations for the cut of my hair and I absolutely love it! Critical: QualityFind somewhere else for a haircut!!!Sent my husband in with 2 of our boys for haircuts, figured I’d let someone else cut their hair for a change. 1 came out ok, the other one, not so much. Stylist was told to trim up the sides and cut a little on the top, he came home with an almost shaved head and a small fringe of bangs. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could do zero I would. This is my second time going here for a hair cut and its uneven. Yes, she tried color correct my hair but the cut is awful. I am very disappointed. She washed my hair, brushed it and then rushed it. Never going back here again. I dont feel confident that they have a good hair cutting team.
