Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy sister and I came in for some “mommy time” and to get nice relaxing pedicures. Everything was going okay – nothing to write home about but decent. When my sister got her check there was a $15 add on fee. When asked what it was for she was told it was for polishing her toes with gel polish. We brought in our own gel polish! They said the charge was “part of the service” for polishing her toes. Isn’t that usually included in a pedicure?? Very frustrating because they didn’t mention this ahead of time. A mediocre pedicure ended up costing $75+. To make matters worse, it’s been less than a week and my polish has already chipped and my feet are rough from the file they used.
