I recently went to get both my eyebrows and upper lip done I’ve been here before so I came back because of the great job they did last time. The girls at check in were great however my appointment ran later that expected I checked in and wasn’t taken into the room till 20 minutes or so later, going into the appointment the waxer was nice however she continuously got on her cellphone and when I told her the wax felt too warm she said that it was fine. She was nice enough but certain aspects of what she did and said seemed like they should either keep in private or just act more professional overall.

Front desk lady named Isabel has an attitude that needs to be adjusted. She makes you repeat what you are asking for if it’s not the word she specifically uses for procedure or name of item or name of personnel. I don’t assume she is illiterate or has a low vocabulary but she really needs to open up to the idea of clients using different terms. She didn’t gain anything from making me repeat myself, numerous times. She either has a poor vocabulary or a poor attitude. Hopefully it’s the later and she can ease off on when other people use different terms than the one she uses. There’s not one right way to say things.

Went in on Fri, and felt like I was a burden to the girl in front… She was dressed to the nines but definitely not for the job, just to gossip with the friend she was talking to on her phone. She had the phone to her ear chatting the whole time I was there and gave me an ugly look when I came in to talk to her for my appointment. I checked in and she just sat there looking up at me and gave me the fakest smile and told me they’d be with me in a few minutes and continued to just chat with her friend while I was in the lobby. Never had this kind of experience and hesitated even writing a review but she was just so rude and inconsiderate. The other girl with glasses was kind and so was my waxer but I don’t think I’ll be coming back while that girl is there…

Loved it! Got a Brazilian and I was nervous, but the receptionist was friendly. My wax specialist was professional and informative. She really made it as pleasant as possible. They recommended an exfoliant and a cheaper plan for my monthly services. I can’t wait to get a few sessions under my belt and start seeing less hair!
