They ran 15 minutes behind on my appointment and the receptionist never updated me or apologized for the delay, the esthetician didn’t apologize either. I thought she did a decent job, considering taking 20 minutes to do my wax.. until I got home!!!! She left or missed so much hair, I ended up having to wax the rest off. Out of all the EWCs I’ve been to, this has been the worst experience for me. Definitely disappointed and will not return to this location specifically.

The first time I got a Brazilian wax she didn’t wax all of the hairs so I was okay with it the second time I got a wax there was still hair left and I also didn’t know until a few waxes later that it was $100 a month to get waxed and they don’t do a good job at all but I will say the people are very nice and when I used their products they wasn’t working for me

I don’t know.whats going on there. The customer service and experience has went down a little. I had a waxing specialist that was having a bad day tell me that management changes often and some of the regular wax specialists have quit. But it’s such a convenient location. And easy to schedule appointments. All specialists have been nice to me. But, I do see they have been some turnover. Overall, ok place for the price and location.

The ladies there were amazing from start to finish. From the front desk to the actual service was just phenomenal. They were all very welcoming, as it was our first time there (we went as a group). I’ve had waxes before but never like this. I used to get strips and would leave with this awful feeling and stickiness to it. When I got done my skin wasn’t irritated or tender like before. Brittany was hilarious and so friendly. She made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I already have an appt for another one and would definitely recommend going!
