Worst experience ever. Went in on Friday to get a massage, lady took my card and then charged me 3 times not realizing it had gone through. Told me I needed to go get cash since it wasn’t working. I showed them my bank app showing 3 charges being processed and the women there proceeded to start yelling at one another in Chinese. I told them it’s fine just cancel the charges and then I left. Today I see they have been processed and taken out of my account, called them up to try and figure this out with them and they hung up on me and screened my calls after.
