I came to the salon with my mother who doesn’t speak English. I explained to them how she wanted her nails done and added multiple times that she doesn’t speak or understand English. When I came back she was very dissatisfied with her manicure. Each hand had a different color. We realized that it was a gel polish that changes colors due to temperatures. We went back to explain that it is not what my mother wanted and we never asked for changing nail polish. The changing color polishes are offered under the same selection as regular gel. They should be separated with clear description of what it does. They should not be offered to non English speakers unless requested. After exchange of words they agreed to change it. I understand that mistakes happen and I was ready to let it go until I’ve heard the employees talking and whispering behind my mothers back. They were disrespectful to discuss this situation with other clients and laugh at my mother. They changed her polish but were very unhappy and first tried to just cover it by painting it over. I will not be back and I won’t be recommending this place.

I give two stars and not one because the place is very clean and everyone else was very nice and they seemed to be repeat customers. But, I got a gel mani by T and it seemed at first very nice. However, she tore my cuticles in several spots and my thumb was bleeding the next day. The gel is so thim one of my fingers is already wearing off. Two of my fingers the gel was not even smooth. Not sure what the problem was. But, possibly pressure to get to the next customer. I have never left a negative review and hesitated to submit this one. But, this needed to be said.

This is by far the best Nail Salon I have ever visited. Here a few of the many reasons I drive from the South Shore to Canton. Dazzle Studio uses tub liners for their pedicures! This is the only sanitary option to prevent contamination. I like Dazzle because they have 3 different brands of chemical free polish. Standard polish is full of toxic and cancer causing chemicals. They use LED lights for a gel manicure. This eliminates the UVA/UVB lights that can damage your skin. The salon is extremely clean. The owners speak English fluently and have bachelors degrees. I am health conscious and without Dazzle Studio I wouldn’t have a mani-pedi. The other salons use fans to disperse the VOC. At Dazzle Studio there aren’t any Volatile Organic Compounds to disperse. (no chemical smell) The color changing polish is so fun. When I choose these colors- I think there are 4 options- I get many comments from friends, family and co-workers asking where I found this polish! Every visit has been high quality.
