I love this place!! They are amazing people and are always so friendly. It’s the best gel nails I’ve ever had done and I’ve lived in many different cities/states. My son asked me to get red nails that were ‘presents’ and had a Christmas tree and I went down and told them what I needed. They did not disappoint! I would recommend to everyone I know!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMe and my friend went there to get our nails done for my birthday weekend and they did such a good job. I don’t live here in Spokane but I will definitely return here whenever I’m in town to get my nails done. For 2 full sets we paid 110 mine were 45 and hers were 65, which to me is a really good price considering where I’m from mine would have been 50-60 and hers would have been close to 100. Definitely will come back. Me and my friend went there to get our nails done for my birthday weekend and they did such a good job. I don’t live here in Spokane but I will definitely return here whenever I’m in town to get my nails done. They didn’t end up having the main color which was navy blue so I was a little frustrated and I expressed that to them. However they were really nice to me they gave me a great color and designed my nails with almost everything I wanted and they looked beautiful. Overall the whole time they were being super kind and accommodating and making sure I got what I wanted. So I came in to the shop with a picture of what I wanted I knew that the photo I had was a little bit much, so I didn’t know if they would be able to do it. They didn’t end up having the main color which was navy blue so I was a little frustrated and I expressed that to them. However they were really nice to me they gave me a great color and designed my nails with almost everything I wanted and they looked beautiful. Came in to have a French manicure for a special event I had the next day. The owner did my nails. He tried to upsell me to a gel manicure which I refused. While he was polite about it, it seemed to me after that he just wanted to get me out as fast as possible. He was going too fast when prepping my nails and ended up cutting my skin with the cuticle clippers which was an accident that could have been avoided. Then, I explained to him I wanted beige tips instead of the classic white. He said he understood, but then grabbed white polish and started to paint my tips white. I didn’t correct him as I was hoping the white was a base layer for the color, but nope. I’m not sure if he didn’t understand or simply didn’t want to do what I asked. He acted like he understood what I said. He also seemed bothered the whole time, giving off a rude vibe and I didn’t really feel wanted as a customer. He was on his phone watching videos while my nails were drying and didn’t bother to check them himself to see if they were dry just looked up and told me to check them myself. There were no other clients in the shop when he was finishing my nails, so I’m not sure why he was in such a hurry to get me out. On top of the whole experience being bad, my nails didn’t even last for the event as they started chipping the next morning. I have never had a professional manicure not last 24 hours, so I’m not sure if they’re using cheap quality or old polish; but definitely was not worth my money. Will not be back and cannot recommend.

First time going here and im sorry to say but i had the worst service i was very patient with the man that did my nails i paid 65$ on my service just to be walking out biteing them right off. The polish wasnt dried (gel) and there was so many bumpy areas it looked rushed. I was crying in my car never had experience anything like this in my life and 65$ down the drain wish I could’ve gotten my money back. I took a picture after the fact i bit them off
