I had my hair cut reserved at 2 pm on Friday 9/17 at cost cutter on Rotunda drive in Erie pa. When I arrived there was someone already waiting to get her hair coloring done at 2 pm. I was informed that someone called me to inform the change. There was no phone call made as claimed. I would not mind waiting for the hair stylist to finish the hair coloring. But, that was not an option made available to me. It was recommended either I have to go to the different branch which is on 26th street or by default had to get my haircut with another stylist working that day at Rotunda drive whom I was not familiar with. It was very confusing. So, I left the store feeling frustrated. Again, I would have been fine waiting for the stylist (whom I had asked for) to complete the hair coloring done. But it was not an option given to me. I am a very loyal customer of Cost cutter by the way. I always paid good tips. I have high regard for my hair stylist. I ended up getting my haircut at cost cutter on peach and liberty. That was the only option available that potentially could offer a 50:50 chance of satisfaction for me that Friday 9/17.
