My nails have fell off both times within a week and here we go again back. Gave this plants another try I want again my nails are broken off within a week of leaving there. I also went to go get my toes doing the other day and my polish was coming off that same night. I just think they should close this place now. It’s a lot of older people that works in there with terrible quality of work. Even though this place is inexpensive, it really is not worth it still

I asked to get my acrylic nails removed & they just ripped them off, barley filed them down & charged me $10. I could have done that free at home & it would’ve been just as painful.

I called a head of time and asked if they had walk in appointments and was told yes. I got there and said I’m here for a walk in appointment and was yelled at that I don’t have an appointment. I said I know I’m here for a walk in and the older gentleman said it will be a hour wait. 15 minutes later a non black woman walked in and was told her wait will be 15 minutes. I looked over at the gentleman who then came over and asked me what color and how long did I want my nails then said another tech will be doing my nails. Then proceeded to start doing the walk in appointment that walked in after me. I didn’t say a word to anyone just got up and left. Smh

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got my wife right in. We showed a pic of what we wanted and the lady matched it best she could. The price was very reasonable.

The place was not clean and it was very crammed. The technician bob was very rude and rough with me. The guys nails had so much dirt underneath them and he kept digging his nails in the side of my finger while filing my nails (which he didn’t do correctly. I asked for square and he gave me damn near flare nails). The worst part about this place is they have “$16 full set” advertised really big on their main building and on the shopping center’s billboard. People with common sense are expecting to pay $16 for a full set but when you go in there they charge an extra $4 for nail polish. Never have I ever had to pay extra for a nail tech to paint polish on my nails. Was I supposed to get the nails and leave? It comes with the full set! If you want to charge $20 fine but advertise it as that. Don’t mislead people for business. On top of that he didn’t even do a good job. He put way too much paint and after an hour it still moved I will not be returning.

I’ve visited a handful of times and I love it because they are always so quick! I’ve never had any issues with my acrylics breaking or anything. Prices are the cheapest I’ve seen in SA. I agree, the shop should get cleaned up and I’m sure they will attract more clients!

The overall service was ok…the outcome of my nails and toes were good but I felt like my service was rushed because customers started to come but I still paid for my time. Especially with a pedicure should not be rushed. I’d go back if i couldn’t get in anywhere else Pedicure, Gel manicures
