This place is terrible I will not return… I came yesterday to the store and I asked for my nail to be fixed and for a color change my nails still have some of the color on them and I guess the girl was not knowledgeable on how to fix my nail so when I went home and I began doing regular activities my nail that was already broke… broke again! I returned the next day hoping to get it fixed and the girl gave me an attitude. I told the man at the desk I didn’t want her services anymore and I wanted someone else and he gave me another girl and then she tried to charge me five dollars for the fix because it wasn’t her work!!! I will not return here their work is not good, they’re not very clean, and their attitudes suck. I highly do not recommend coming here find another nail tech somewhere else. Personally I would recommend beautiful nails in Stratford or if you’re looking for a good quality manicure and a relaxing clean setting I’d recommend Leah at Posh Spa Nails in Westport but the price point is a little high.

There’s a lovely women who has been doing my nails for a year . She sits right behind the owner . All was great until my holiday nails . Only lasted a week and color started fading and chipping . I went there to explain to the owner but he wasn’t listening to me at all . I even tried to show him the color on my toes all was different shades of red also it’s winter time so not even using sandals and he said it’s been too long you will have to pay again . Just thought the resolution was poor . I believe it was that particular polish that maybe was old because it never happen before but I won’t be returning since I support business that cares about their costumers and he certainly said no without even hearing or taking a look . Sad he cares about the money part only .

I had a wonderful experience here. The women who did my nails was very attentive and did a great job. To be honest one of the best pedicures i’ve ever gotten. She cleaned my nails and feet throughly…you can’t find that everywhere. She is the older women who does the pedicures there-didn’t get her name! Will be back. Prices are reasonable . $25 for regular polish pedicure and $40 for gel.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment at 12 on Sunday. After like 30 mins of waiting I told the front guy I need someone else to do my nails and I no longer wanted to wait. He told me no one else was able to do my nails and all nail techs were busy for the day. At around 1:15ish another nail tech came and was able to do my nails. The nail tech (Sophie) showed up at 1:40pm & had the nerve to ask why did I wait for her, no acknowledgment of her not keeping an appointment smh. TWO days later my nail breaks while I was buttoning my pants. I go back so someone can fix it but was told I needed to come back tomorrow because very one else was busy…too busy to fix ONE nail. Never going back here they do not have a concept of good customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get my nails done on Friday and on Monday two of my nails were peeling!! Not to mention the lady who did my manicure cut me TWICE and then went to remove two nails. I left here with two fingers bleeding !!!! The first nail she removed kind of hurt and when I winced she said “ that didn’t hurt right?” After I told her it did she tried to remove the second nail with even MORE force to which I pulled my hand back and told her “ THAT HURTS “ & the nail tech got scared. NOT ONLY THIS but I went on Monday to get my two peeling nails fixed which they corrected free of charge but AS SOON AS I GOT HOME ANOTHER NAIL BROKE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

I did q-tip gel nails this Saturday and paid $59. They said the wait time 10 minutes but I had to wait almost 30 minutes. The lady did my nails didn’t know English and barely answering anything I asked or explained. The worst part was when I asked few times for filing properly she started pressing on my fingers. Beside me another girl was doing the same thing but so gentle and good manners. After finishing I had my nails inside without filing. Then I asked to the front desk man to fix and they did it standing myself. They didn’t let me sit that time.

Terrible service, terrible outcome. I made an appointment and was told I only had to wait 10 minutes and instead I had to wait 40 minutes and when they were ready the girl couldn’t do my nails and no one could either for whatever reason. No one at the salon speaks adequate English so it’s very difficult to understand what they’re saying. I got my nails done there once, a nail broke less than 24 hours later and 2 days later another broke. They just popped off, didn’t even break. Making appointments here is pointless, they don’t even follow the appointment times. They’re VERY unprofessional and they don’t do a good job. There’s about 2 women there that actually do well and one is ridiculously over priced (I’m talking $95 for a short gel French tip) and the other is unprofessional. Girl, save your mf time and your mf money and go somewhere else.

Literally sitting in this nail salon and I was just here YESTERDAY for a fill with gel nail polish. The girl that did my nails was nice BUT my nails are so thin they broke in less than 24 hrs. I told the girl yesterday that my thumb nail is crooked and she told me it’s not and proceeded to shave it down more and made it more crooked. I wouldn’t have came back if my nails didn’t break I was OVER IT. Soooooo I called the day of to tell them the issue about my nails being thin crooked and lumpy, the guy acted as if it was nothing. So I called today to talk to the owner and she told me to come in and that she will fix my nails. So I get here a little before 7 and they close at 8pm. So I come in ask for Jackie and she tells me to take a seat and the same guy asked me TWICE about my nails, the same guy from yesterday. So I’m sitting here for 10 mins and she tells me “there is a wait, there are 4 people waiting” I told her I’ll wait. So another girl helped me other than Jackie and she seamed to have a WHOLE ATTITUDE. Then she was telling me the nail gets thin everytime you get a full done. She just didn’t want to do it and that was clear as day. Then she sanded my nails and then told me the girl
