Excellent service, very professional and experienced stylists. They use Color Space technology that does not require heat drying, and the treatment was over I just 20 min. Highly recommend.

I was scheduled with Allison who I believe is a recently licensed cosmetologist and a recent hire at Carmen Carmen and she did phenomenal. I think anyone is nervous when they hear that someone doesn’t have as much experience as the other stylists but she absolutely knocked it out of the park. I’m obsessed with how my hair turned out. I was scheduled with Allison who I believe is a recently licensed cosmetologist and a recent hire at Carmen Carmen and she did phenomenal. I recently moved to Charlotte and tried Carmen! Carmen! out. I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and Ashley Brodie did a phenomenal job shaping and taming my unruly hair. She paid very close attention to what I was looking for, made suggestions and was very professional in her handling of my hair. I went back a week later to get my color updated and she did a great job! I will definitely be going back!
