The owner is very accommodating. I had just returned home from a weekend holiday stay in San Francisco, California’s Fisherman’s Wharf &I had eaten a dungeness crab feast and I had chipped one of my nails eating dungeness crab! No problem. She saw me right away with no appointment and she made my chipped nail beautiful again! I recommend Brianna Nail

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a mani-pedi and the massage (arms and feet/lower leg) was awesome! They were very careful with cleaning around the nails, too. And the overall experience was perfect. I would definitely recommend and come to this nail salon again.

I have followed this owner for year’s to various shops she’s worked at and now she’s opened her own shop, Brianna Nails! She’s a wonderful, caring person and is an excellent nail technician. I’ve gone to her since 2009! As an owner/manager it’s always challenging for her to manage staff but I think the ones she has now are efficient and can handle all facets of manicures and pedicures including gel and acrylic nails.

I have been going to Brianna for almost a year now and have no complaints at all. They are clean, professional and have eliminated two ingrown toenails that I had prior to going there that no other nails place took care of. The owner, Won is very accommodating and I recommend their services, parking is so easy and I go at times that aren’t so busy.

I asked for a shellac mani and pedi. I only received 1 coat of the polish, and was told to tip the two workers that worked on my nails. I don’t mind tipping if they do a great job, but it was unprofessional and they didn’t do a good job. I won’t be coming back here.

Charged $48.00 for a nail polish French mani/pedi, nails had bubbles and turned purple meaning the white color now has a purple cast. I have ripped cuticles, too!
