This place is the reason our health care system is so bad. I have been a patient here for several years with them treating my psoriasis. Out of the blue they call me and tell me they cannot see me anymore because I have a dual Medicare/Medicaid disability policy. They no longer service Medicaid. That’s totally fine, I have other doctors who do the same thing. I pay out of pocket for that portion, but this office refuses to see me when all my other providers can. They are just refusing to see low income patients. If you’re disabled, this place won’t help you.

They are horrible at communicating and following up with patients. They ordered blood work and x-rays, then required a visit from the primary care who then ordered an MRI, and required a visit to a pulmonologist. Had to call and call and call. They did not follow up with the primary care or the pulmonologist, like they couldn’t care less and don’t need the business..
