Do not believe what they advertise. Got the chocolate salt and massage that states an hour. While the salt rub was fine, there is NO massage and it lasted maybe 25 min. After I had mine, I told my friend what it really was and she tried to cancel and they still made her pay the full amount. Not impressed and will never go back. Seems to be a good scam they have going on!! ***update after response from Bliss** they said the it was to be 50 min per the website but didn’t address the fact that I was in and out in under 30 min and they ignored the fact that their website falsely advertises. Also didn’t address the fact that they charged my friend FULL price for her cancelled appointment after we found out that what we signed up for was not what we got. I am checking with my CC company to have them deny the charge for the cancelled appointment and I am checking with the BBB regarding the false advertising. Bliss is the text book definition of scam artist. They lure unsuspecting tourists in with the lies on their website and then over charge for services that are not performed.

Our group of 6 had the best experience ever at Bliss Spa & Boutique 8/6/21. I call it an experience because it was different then us just going for a massage & facial! The service is top notch as I personally had the sweet owner Megan and super sweet Sam do my massage, facial and eyebrows. We had a charcuterie board and wine delivered from French Lick Winery, which topped off our amazing day! Everything moved so smoothly and it was such a pleasure to be able to support an amazing local business! Keep up the amazing job ladies! Your passion and love for what you do definitely shows! We will be back again! Thank you for caring for us while we were there! Do not wait! Go make your appointment today!!

Horrible front desk person. My wife scheduled an appointment a month in advance. We drive out of our way because it was important to her. The front desk lady scheduled the incorrect date. That would have been bad enough but she then had the nerve to charge us for a no show.

Enjoy self care at its finest at Bliss. I have visited for many different services, but a new favorite is the Hot Guava & Coconut Body Cocoon. I left the spa with my skin feeling extremely soft, and completely revitalized.

I was given 2 gift certificates for the spa, given as baby shower gifts. I used one when my baby was 2 months old for a much needed massage, which I probably would’ve rated 3/5. I was wanting to book an appointment for my second gift card (which was for $85) when I realized that my second gift card had an expiration date written on the sleeve and it had just expired less than a week prior, so I called to see if they would be kind enough to honor it and was told NO. I’ve bought and received many gift cards and have never had to think about when I must use them, as most gift cards do not have an expiration, since it was money handed over. I explained to the lady on the phone, that I had a baby and there had been many circumstances which had prevented me from being able to use the gift card until this time, but she seemed neither kind nor understanding and most definitely not accommodating. We will not patron this business in the future and will most definitely not purchase gift cards that expire. Luckily, there were no issues with any of the other gift cards/certificates that were gifted to me and I have to give mention to Patoka Lake Winery for being very accommodating, considering my circumstances..we love visiting & supporting our local businesses!

Thankfully the very sweet lady gave me the recommendation to try Bliss!The facial made my skin look better than it ever has and Megan gave me some great tips, as well. My massage was so relaxing that I’m pretty sure I fell asleep, and I loved the manicure too.Everyone there was so friendly, professional and welcoming. The spa was clean and located in a great area. I truly felt like I got my money’s worth and then some. Thank you again to Bliss for such a relaxing and great experience!
