I relocated from Monterey and I was skeptical to go anywhere for my brows, my mom and aunt raved about Marcia so I tagged along for their appointment and she graciously squeezed me in… and wow I was happy with the job she did and her friendliness is awesome! Marcia is amazing! I started coming to her a few years ago after seeing countless amazing reviews and seeing how many request clients she had (with perfect brows). I finally made an appointment and she didn’t disappoint! A few years later and she is the only person I trust with my brows. Marisa was super nice! She answered my questions nicely so I wanted to try it out. This was my first time having a brow waxed and trimmed (haha). When I passed by, the pink and the price interested me. So I checked it out. Marisa was super nice! She answered my questions nicely so I wanted to try it out. I usually feel nervous to do something like this, but the whole time I was calm, and actually I enjoyed the experience. Then in college, I went to “eyebrow happy hour” at Ziba Beauty and would get my brows threaded for the [suspicious] price of $6. By the time I was 21 and ready to hit the club, I practically had NO EYEBROWS and had to draw them in like Doodle Bob. *laughs nervously* “Oh… thanks for the free drink. I actually wasn’t calling your attention from across the room. I just drew my eyebrows in way too high…”Anyways, I used to work at Hillsdale and this one Aesthie miracle worker brought my brows back to life. But eventually I stopped working there and it was getting kind of ridiculous to drive to San Mateo just for my brows. That’s when I fatefully found Marcia at Stonestown and my beauty routine has been complete ever since Marcia has not only saved me the drive, but she has saved my eyebrows to their current healthy fullness. I also genuinely look forward to getting my brows done by her. She’s amazing at what she does, is super professional, and is really easy to talk to. She’s seriously such a sweet person that getting perfect brows every time seems like the added perk, not the other way around. Thankfully (sorry) Macy’s Stonestown closed because now Serramonte gets to be blessed by her expertise and everyone can have eyebrows again! Yaaay!Sure Benefit’s services are more expensive than the other offerings at the mall, but at least you’ll have eyebrows and fleeky ones at that. I’ve also gone to several Aesthies at different Benefit BrowBars, so believe me when I say Marcia is THE ONE. She corrected them after a threading place completely screwed them up, giving me two different shaped eyebrows. Marcia knows her ish! That’s all you need to know. I’ve never left har chair with anything less than perfection and I leave having perfect brows once again. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH MARCIA!!!
