I am an 18 year old girl going into my sophomore year of college. As any teenage girl I am extremely insecure and point out stuff to criticize myself almost daily. Back in April I did my own eyebrows while at school and I did them a little too thin. I have been growing my eyebrows done since then, and I have really dark fast growing eyebrows so it was quite obvious. I waited for nearly 5 months of growing out my eyebrows to get them done right before I went back to school. I’ve been crying since yesterday because my eyebrows have no shape, are uneven, and she flat out didn’t trim one of my eyebrows. This is the worst job I’ve ever gotten done on my eyebrows and I usually do them myself.

Not a fan. I had to tell the person doing my eyebrows 3 times that I was there for a wax, not threading. She even almost began to thread my eyebrows. When she waxed them she missed some hairs and threaded some that weren’t pulled out when waxed. If I say no threading, I don’t want any threading. I will not return.

Kena is truly the best. Not only is she so nice but she takes her time. Cleans everything and it’s not too painful. The more you do it the less pain it is. I mean there’s always gonna be some pain but it’s tolerable. And the hairs grow back in about 1-2 months and it’s softer then the last time so it becomes easy to tolerate. I’ve been coming here for months and I love it. Kena is my go to. For it all.
