Sometimes it’s just better to let the pics speak for themselves. I got my nails done on 08/08/2022. These pics of my nails were taken less than 24 hours later. There were some nails that were still tacky and not completely dry.

Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I have to. So I just wanted some shorter, french tip nails. With how rough I am with my hands, I just got paint, since they will come off in a couple weeks anyways. The artist I had said, “why not pay the extra 5 for gel? Do you not have money?” Which immediately threw me off as inappropriate and extremely rude. He then was messy and not very delicate with my hands. I sat in front of a fan for about 5 minutes for the nails to dry, until he told me to leave. When I get in the car and go home, I saw that my nails were completely messed up. The polish was moved around and peeling off, there was acrylic on my fingers, and fuzz dried into my nails. Naturally, I go back and demand to get them fixed. I even said I’d pay the extra $5 for gel, but had to pay $10, which was misleading. It has since been only 1 day and my index nail has completely fallen off, which has never happened before. I would never in my life recommend this salon to ANYONE, nor will I be coming back; if I could leave no stars I would.I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I have to. Excellent job on the nails. But several times they pushed using gel instead of regular nail polish. Even to the point of pretending that’s what you asked for! (After saying ‘no gel’ several times she still put it on my nails! I happen to see the word ‘gel’ on the bottle and told her to stop!)You have to be clear and firm about what you want. Also make sure you check the bill. Make sure they are charging you the correct amount which they did not with me I had to call attention to the correct price. But … my nails were very nicely done.

Terrible experience the lady who was doing my nails was on her phone the entire time. I asked for coffin and she did square, when I told her it wasn’t the shape, she argued it was without fixing it. I chose a lavender color and when she put it on my nail it was pink and instead of fixing it she added a lavender color over the pink making it look like a tydy color. Because she added so many layers doing this they came out really thick.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time because I’m not very high maintenance but I like a good pedicure manicure that is easy quick and almost always decent I also go in with realistic expectations when I get my kids nails done and they don’t last a long time it’s more for the experience than anything for me.

I’m so disappointed. My mom visited this salon while on vacation and had the best experience. My pedicure was a total of 11 minutes start to finish. The gentleman providing my service tried to convince me to get gel (which I didn’t want because it’s too hard to get off my toes later on, not because I’m cheap) scuffed at me and then rushed through my service. I myself work in customer service and greatly appreciate tips. Thus I pride myself on tipping well! With a minimum $40 tip every time I visit a salon to show my appreciation. My cuticles were barely touched, polish was slopped on and my feet were literally burned from the hot towels even after saying they were too hot. I hate putting down another small business but this was the most awful experience I have ever had. I never have Mommy time to go do things like this. I wish I was able to actually enjoy it.

I have been coming to Aqua Nails for the past 11 years. They treat my family and I with respect and always make our toes and nails look amazing! The staff treats you like family and provides good services! Highly recommend! They get you in and out in a quickly manner. Their variety of choices for colors and services is awesome! Pedicure

Got a fill and a pedicure on Saturday. Love my fill, but the pedicure was/is a problem. The guy was pretty rough and hurt me a few times. Then all day my big toe was really tender to the touch right in the crease by my nail. I put neosporin and alcohol on it just in case. Today it is pretty painful, red, and a bit swollen. Praying it doesn’t get infected or something. I’m assuming he must have cut me or something and now it’s all angry. Hoping it goes away by tomorrow otherwise I’ll have to go see my doctor and pray it’s not already infected. Won’t be getting a pedicure from here again.

Third time at this place and finally decided to leave a review. First time was good, Kevin gave me a beautiful ser of French tip acrylics. The second time, returning for a fill, I was rushed and my nails looked awful and chipped. They were nice enough both of those times. I chalked up to just an off day. Went back the third time for a pedicure and fill. The place is HOT no A/C. The pedicure chairs are uncomfortable and hurt the back. The lady sat down and immediately started drilling my gel polish off, HARD. She cut me a.d said nothing just put her finger over it to stop the bleeding. By that point I’m sweating it’s so hot and the chair is killing my back and this lady is going at my toes like she just drank a red bull and said “let’s get this over!” LOL so I was pretty uncomfortable. Barely massaged at all, didn’t touch my callouses. She handed me a slip for 53$ when it was 45$. I declined to have my nails done after that. Go somewhere comfortable where you get your money’s worth. I wanted to relax so bad I wish I never went.

I have been going to this place for a couple years and every time I go in for a pedicure the price is different which I’ve just put up with. Today I went in and I picked a pedicure that on the list costs $45 which included a scrub and a wax. My bill for this was $58 I asked the receptionist why if the pedicure that included a scrub and a wax was $45 why it was 58. She could not give me an answer, just kept saying that the wax and scrub were each $5 extra even though it said they were included in the price of the $45 pedicure. I did get gel Polish which he stated was $3 extra. So I’m no rocket scientist but if the pedicure itself is $45 includes a wax and a scrub and the gel$3.would be $48.
