PERFECT ATTENTION TO DETAIL! When it comes to coloring, I could have not found a better place! I had reddish blonde hair that I had colored myself from a natural sandy blonde. My goal was to go back to blonde but it was going to require stripping the hair color out to place the blonde color in.

Unfortunately, I came here to get a quick trim and some face framing done not expecting to leave the salon crying and 140$ out . I asked her to trim up my dead ends and leave my length as long as possible and give me some shorter face framing. She cut more than 4 inches off my hair, and cut thick curtain bangs in the front with no layering in the front only in the back. I was so distraught and upset. I spent even more money trying to fix my hair. The prices are clearly listed on the sign 20$ for a Woman’s Haircut, 50$ for a blowout, and then 15$ for a fictional treatment. She charged me 140 dollars for a haircut…. A HAIRCUT….!!!! If I wanted to pay 140$ for a haircut I would’ve gotten my hair highlighted as well. I pay 150 for a full head of highlights, hair trim, and blowout anywhere else I have been!!! I felt as if she did what she thought would look good on my hair and not what the customer wanted. As well as maybe she is just not familiar with working with long hair as it seems a lot of her clients have short hair. I’m more than upset about this situation, it left me distraught on how people can be so cruel to scam you during these hard times. So unfortunate.

I’ve been to sooo many hair salons in Clermont and this one is by far my favorite!!! Citah is the first person to cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Her prices are extremely reasonable for her years of experience. I will be returning 🙂
