Bad place to book appointments with. Tried to book a hair appointment with them and the lady had me on hold twice for a very long time like Dane just schedule the appointment like any other place and just be done but no. She had me text a number with the styling I wanted and of my hair. She then got me mixed up with some other lady and charged a big amount. I’m like, ok then dane. My last beautician charged way less and I got more but that wasn’t what I asked for. So, when I text my picture to her no response at all and on day 2 now with still no response to book. Since I’ve been out here in this city I noticed that customer service is bad among a lot of the beauticians. I was able to book with someone better without all the added steps
