I was greeted when I arrived. The customer service was great. It is a nice friendly and clean environment. Reena was excellent!! She threaded my face without me feeling any pain. Reena also dyed my eyebrows and they appear fuller and neat (just the look that I wanted). I will be returning often. I would suggest that you try this salon.

Was charged for a haircut and layer when they only did a dry trim about an inch off my hair straight across. I was charged $30 plus a tip. Will not be returning. I have been here before at the beginning of the year and they did an extremely good job. But they were rough and feel like they’re starting to take advantage by pricing people for the wrong service.

Shenaz from Rosenberg location:- I am from New Orleans for a service and she did an incredible job and this is the best job I ever got. She was calm and smiled throughout the threading and tinting, patient and she loved what she did. I got the TEXAS best. If I lived here I would come always to her for her services. I love Aishas salons I have been going to these salons for many years and have never really had any problems until today. I went to this location in Rosenberg (Friday Oct 14,2022) and the lady who did my eyebrows (Lena R.) Not sure if I spelled it right. But anyways she was rude and short with me. She had a very bad personality. She made me feel as if she was having a bad day and was taking it out on me. She kept pushing my hand out of the way and would turn my head in a way that was very rude. Now let me remind you I have been coming to Aishas for many years I think I know how to hold my eye. I have never had a problem before. But today for some reason she just kept pushing my hand out of the way so very rude! She just seemed irritated andwas rushing and I also wanted my lip done but didn’t want her to touch me one more second longer! I will never ever return to this location and will have to drive further out into town to go to my old aishas because they treated me well. Please give her proper customer service.
