Worst customer service I have ever had. I bought my mother a gift certificate for a massage. I inserted my contact information so that I could be the contact person and book the appointment. I also added my mother’s phone number since she was the recipient of the gift certificate. When I reached out to book the appointment I did not hear back from them. Come to find out they texted my mother and booked a date without her confirmation. She ended up missing her appointment since she was not aware it was created. When I found this out it was so hard to get a hold of someone. I could only speak to someone via text message and the responses were so delayed. They told me that a refund or rebooking was not possible because it was considered a “no show”. Then they told me they would get someone to contact me back, but I was never contacted. I’m sure the massages are great since I read reviews before purchasing. However, I would never know since they refused to let me rebook and kept my money.

My love and I had couples massage and they were amazing!!! We will definitely return when we are in town. I believe I had Nicky. Her had are magnificent she rubbed every inch of my body in a way that was so relaxing and made very comfortable. She really know what she is doing. We definitely will be doing a longer session next time. They were very professional and down to earth. We wanted a 90 min but it was kinda last minute when we found this place, and they were able to book a 60min. We will definitely recommend this place to any couples getting a massage. You will be in same room with ur love. I say this because I called another place and inquired abt a couples massage and they said we would be in separate rooms…uuuuummmmm NOOO THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE.. LOL THIS PLACE IS GO..U WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

I was very impressed with this business after receiving my services. Walking in I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist who directed me into the waiting area with coffee and water available for my liking. I received a 60 minute massage and it was amazing. I’ve had a few massages at other locations and they were always okay but when leaving my appointment here I felt like I was on cloud 9. Great pricing, which does not deter away from quality services!
