i had an appointment at 6pm w a friend who goes here all the time and really likes julie’s work. i trusted her because her nails always look great & i am a bit picky when it comes to the shape of my nails. julie had accepted a walk in, we ended up starting at 6:30pm & got out at 7:40pm. while my friends nails turned out great, mine did not. i specifically asked julie if she could do the shape i requested and she agreed she could, though my nails are not close to the shape i asked for. i am upset as the acrylic application is extremely uneven and the paint job is poor on almost every nail. i paid before my nails were done because it was quite close to their closing time. though julie and i agreed my thumb nail is naturally crooked, but there was no shaping done to make my nail appear like it is not crooked. i am really unhappy w my nails & i don’t believe the time or $70 i spent here was worth it. julie was quite nice, but i feel like my nails were rushed and it was already past closing time on a friday, so i felt uncomfortable asking for them to be fixed.

My daughter and I both got full sets. Hers were acrylic coffin shaped matte in a mauve type of shade. Mine were pink gel with a french tip. Both came out beautiful! And our nail techs actually held up conversations with us. Friendly, professional and experienced! Both of us will definitely return! ❤️❤️❤️

Way better service, prices, and cleaner salons around town. I wasn’t thrilled getting a pedicure for $35 and done by the time my kids were who are under 10. They atleast got massages .

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityAfter waiting 30 mins past my reservation time, I had a pedicure done. Everything was dirty, the tools that were used on me were not sanitized and after using them on me they just put them back for the next person. Very expensive might I add. After waiting 30 mins past my reservation time, I had a pedicure done. Everything was dirty, the tools that were used on me were not sanitized and after using them on me they just put them back for the next person. Very expensive might I add. The manicure was horribly done. As you can see, I could of done a better job myself. Will not be back.

7 days must be for how long it lasts. My nails started chipping after just three days. Not to mention that the lady I had was completely unorganized and the table was filthy. It was my first and last time there. I paid less in San Diego with better quality. Manicure

Had appointment for Mani/Pedi at 11am. Arrived on time. It is now 1 pm… I have been sitting in the pedicure chair for over an hour and a half and still no clue when I’m supposed to have my manicure. They overbooked and are just letting people sit in chairs for hours. Waste of my afternoon. Going to leave without my manicure. This place is ridiculous

Got my nails done a week ago here and I had 2 nails actually snap in HALF and a pinky nail on my other hand that completely fell off; but I had already glued that back on so I didn’t include that picture. They refused to fix them unless I paid $5 for each nail even though this is the WORST quality I’ve ever seen. I’ve had nails that lasted 2 and a half months that never came close to snapping in half. They do not care about their customers or how long they’re product lasts. They just want you to get out the door and get their money.
