I wish I can rate this place on the employees separate…….. First off the tall skinny Guy with glasses he did my 3 year old daughter manicure and let me just say he was AMAZING very welcoming easy to have a conversation with.. truly a nice guy sweet he was patient with her if I could rate him alone I would rate him 10 stars…so I been to this place before and lone has been the number one person I gone to but when I arrived they said she move so they sat me with one of the girls in the front she sits right across from the check in .. and let me say she was ever unwelcoming you could tell she was upset and didn’t care for my nails cause all I was getting was a fill then I had pick a design out and has she was doing my design she was doing it half A*S so she got upset cause I made her take it off but why would I want something half A*S on me so if I can rate her alone it would be ZERO STARTS! And also when I tried to make conversation with her she shined me on… but thanks to my LOVING BOYFRIEND he getting my NAILS REDONE TOMORROW! If you go here I wouldn’t go to her!

This review is upon a customer who has been in for 2 years. Julie is one of the best girls to do any acrylic desire you’d like. Unfortunately, the business has gotten poor. This incident im about to talk about happened twice. I always call to book my app with Julie since she’s mostly booked. They book me with her and when I get there they let me know she left so I get put on with the over charge, just get it done, type of “technician”. I also gotten pedi and when I say she seemed in a rush, she was, compared to the other ladies. I observe with detail, if they can get money off of you they sure will. My acrylic short, burgundy, one stone that was (50c) each plus basic pedicure which FORCEFULLY I had to get gel because they don’t do “regular for pedi” a total of 190$ tip included. And make sure you get cash from the bank, Their debit machine often doesn’t work but they have an ATM in their store so no worries, just 4$ to take your money out. A bummer. They have some improvements to do.

Overrated honestly. To begin the girl at the front desk is beyond rude and struggles to call people accordingly so starts huge lines and longer then usual wait times. In need of someone new ! She should not be the first person the guest have to interact with . Then not only do you wait forever the work is mediocre at best. By the way I paid $70 for this set which I wouldn’t be mad since it’s gel but girl was super messy and not neat at all. Not going back to over pay for what.

Attempt to get a polish change with regular polish and they refused to do it! I asked for a French tip with regular polish that I brought in to match my toes and I was only offered to polish the whole nail or they couldn’t do it! She said she couldn’t clean it up with regular polish only GEl. I’m confused.. when someone is paying for a service do what is asked! When I asked for them to find a color similar to my toes it was on me to find it!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst off DONT EVER AND I MEAN EVER GO BACK TO PLACE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN THERE. They gave my nail a fungus and I lost my entire pinky nail. I got a full set done with glitter for my birthday with Thu and when I tell you she cut my cuticles to the point they were sore and bleeding. The nails broke off after a week. When I asked her the price she told me it would be 50 for a full set. As soon as it was time to pay she tells me 120!!!! I told her why would you say 50 if it was way more I would have changed my design. She then says well I can give you 10 off for your birthday!!! Not to mention the fact that I still had to get another nail tech at a different nail shop to redo my nails!!! Im going to report this place for poor hygenic practices!!! They need to be inspected and I wont stop till this place is properly investigated!! Both me and my mom went to get our nails done together, both the workers we had only took a second to look at the pictures we showed and didn’t seem to really care. At the beginning the worker told me it would cost 65$ for the set, but once my mom pulled out my wallet for me, the worker suddenly raised the price the moment she peeked in my wallet and saw the money. 140$ for both of us to get our nails done and it didn’t even come out the way we wanted AT ALL. We even asked if they can adjust the nails a small bit but the worker didn’t even bother and just said it would look how we wanted once we weren’t in the shop due the the lighting. the worker was very rough and squeezed my hands very hard and left my fingers extremely sore. Bad experience, don’t come here ladies it isn’t worth the money or time !!!!!

I’ve been going to this place for years and I’ve brought them a lot of service from friends to Relatives. But this past month or two I’ve been very unhappy with their service and customer service. Most of the workers are very rude and the manager is rude as well every time I go to get my nails done I experience the manager getting into arguments with customers and saw her also try to fight a employee. So unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. Also I spent a good amount of money their and to have my nail polish chip the next day and completely peel off is unacceptable. I believe they use cheap products for gel nail polish. I only recommend powder colors at this point and designs. Due to all of this they will definitely be losing my service
