She consulted with me about my lifestyle and gave me options on ways to better frame my face while making sure my cut was still long enough for me to throw back. I really apricated how attentively she listened and how creative she was with her solutions. She was also an excellent listener when it came to my husband’s cut. They made an appointment for me at a certain time and when I arrived they tried to say it was an hour earlier so I was late. Then they said the hair stylist had left for an emergency. So makes me wonder what was really going on. Not good customer service
